I have visited the Napa Wine Country many times. I will usually stop for a little wine tasting at the Silver Oak Winery in Oakville. This particular trip they had just received a shipment of new oak barrels, they where still stacked outside. grabbing a bottle of the 97 Alexander Valley Cabernet I composed this still life.

This photo was shot using one of my Nikon cameras on Fuji Velvia slide film.
I then make a high resolution scan of that slide, to get a digital file.
Once I have a digital file I can make the image any size.
I offer several standard sizes, with custom sizes available.
I use Canon archival inks in an Canon IPF8400 digital printer to print on a couple of different archival photographic media.

Gallery wrap style, where the image is wrapped around the side of the stretcher bars, so it is ready to hang with no need to frame.

My Lab uses the sublimation printing process, where using a heat press, the image is imprinted into the special coating on a sheet of aluminum.
the Finnish I use is glossy. I attache the aluminum sheet to a square black aluminum frame, in either a flush or floating mount.
